Welcome back from break. As we lead up to the election, there has been an unexpected turn of events. New favoured candidates are just some of it! Read more to find out.
There are four days left until the election. There will be a town hall, debates, and many more opportunities for candidates to prove their worth for the president of the United States.
Important Issues
In the poll administered this morning to the electorate, they were asked about the which issues were most important to them. Tax reform was the most important, followed by Climate Change/EPA regulations in second place, Obama Care and Education split for third, and Foreign Policy in last at 10.5%, up 10.5% from the first poll.

Favoured Candidates
Here, I will reveal the candidate most favoured at this time of the election cycle. As we move into the last few days, there is very little time for the candidates to change their ranking, but miracles happen everyday.
First, a summary of the rankings starting in week 1 of the elections based on the percentages of the states that voted for the candidates.
In the first week: Candidate Ben held the lead with Candidate Jack in a very close second place, and Candidate Bella in last place.
In the second week: Candidate Jack took the lead with a whole 50% of votes for him, with Candidate Ben in second place, and Candidate Bella in last place.
In the third week: Candidate Jack and Ben were neck to neck for first place with Candidate Bella in last place, again.
This Week (week 4): In a major turn of events, Candidate Bella has made a big recovery going neck and neck with Candidate Ben for first place. Candidate Jack has fallen to last place.
In accordance to electoral votes, Candidate Bella is in the lead with 86 electoral votes, Candidate Ben in a close second with 75 electoral votes, and Candidate Jack last with 35 electoral votes.
Interestingly, Candidate Ben was able to sway the historically democratic states of Maryland and New Mexico to vote for him and Candidate Bella was able to sway the historically republican state of Arizona to vote for her.

Repeat Offenders
As always, there are states that have again tried to hinder the democratic process. The state of Idaho with 4 electoral votes run by Yichen Yang and the state of Colorado with 9 electoral votes run by Sofia Bisio have not participated in the poll, repeatedly.
This has been a promising election and our team at The Whitman Works has been glad to be able to provide reliable and trustworthy news. Stay tuned for information about the debates and the Final election on Friday!
