Ben's Response to his Suspected Communist Ties

On Monday, the media team published an article about BBR’s suspected communist ties. BBR explains the reasoning behind the suspected Marxist propaganda. He connects the issue to his own campaign, writing how the government shouldn’t have to impose beliefs of the people. One can infer that, from this rhetorical connection, BBR is indirectly advocating for free speech. He goes on to claim that these findings harm the validity of the media. BBR states that the Marxism shrine is of his son’s interest which counters what was said in the scandal article. The initial article reads “Ben has been collecting mementos to add to his shrine.” Although the opposition claims that BBR is trying to cover up evidence, many are saying that the Shrine merely reflects his sons beliefs. In the last sentence of his response, BBR writes how “It is an important tool, but it should not be used like this.” It is unclear if BBR considers illegal seizure as important, or whether he is supporting action by the media to get hold of important information.
